Return & Refund Policy – LUMAIRA

At LUMAIRA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item has original tags and packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn products

  • Washed products

  • Products without original tags

  • Products damaged by customer misuse

  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)


3. Return Process

To request a return, contact us with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Reason for return

Our team will review and approve your request within 24–48 hours.


4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and the product is received:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be sent via bank transfer or UPI


5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • You will receive a full refund or free replacement

  • No return shipping charges will be applied


6. Return Shipping

  • In case of damaged or wrong item → Return shipping is FREE

  • In case of customer change of mind → Return shipping charges may apply


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
